Espectacular piso exterior, reformado íntegramente en pleno centro de Valencia, en el que encontramos un diseño moderno que a la vez combinación elementos originales y antiguos de la casa, como ladrillos caravista, vigas de madera y contraventanas en los balcones, dandole un toque elegante y moderno pero sin perder el sabor del pasado. Consta de una habitación doble con armarios empotrados, aire acondicionado, baño completo con ducha, cocina independiente y salón comedor. En la cocina encontramos un diseño moderno, con electrodomesticos panelados, nevera, lavadora, lavaplatos, horno, placa de inducción y campana extractora. En el salón comedor al igual que toda la casa se ha decorado y amueblado con un estilo moderno, aire acondicionado y tiene dos balcones exteriores que dan a la calle. La casa tiene ventanas de climalit, parket, puerta blindada y esta totalmente amueblada para entrar a vivir. Es un piso exterior y que por su orientación es luminoso y soleado y perfecto para vivir en el centro de valencia, dispone de una combinación perfecta para su ubicación de transporte como metro, aurobuses, etc. para ir a las universidades, playa, así como poder ir andando al casco antiguo de la ciudad, ademas se encuentra al lado de la estación de trenes Renfe.
