10 rooms in totalRENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Tenants will be charged a monthly fee of 80 euros for the estimated consumption costs, which will be adjusted according to the actual consumption at the tenant's departure, gas consumption is not included, it will be paid according to the bill to the landlord. In addition, a cleaning fee of 70 euros will be charged upon the tenant's departure. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Free Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weekends, holidays and after hours, an additional fee of 70 euros will be charged. TENANT CONDITIONS: Documentation will be requested to prove the tenant's student status or that they are doing an internship, and must demonstrate the guarantee of payment, through scholarships, payroll and legalized study or work visas.
