Welcome to our temporary rental company for rooms and/or complete apartments in Valencia! IMPORTANT NOTES Registration is not allowed Expenses (water, WIFI and gas) are included up to a spending limit of 60€ for the rooms, and 50€ for apartments. Electricity and any excess of bills up to 60/50€ will be divided equally between the tenants. The owner provides a weekly cleaning services. Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36€, this is divided by the number of tenants). CHECKIN HOURS : Mon - Fri 10:30am - 20:00pm We do NOT do check-in on weekends, in the case of needing it will have an extra cost of 30€ and is subject to staff availability. Admin fee 125€ Max age 40 years. Couples are not allowed in a rooms. 1 month of rent is mandatory Final cleaning rooms 60 euros. Final cleaning for apartments 90 euros.
