We have over 4 years of experience in the room rental market in the beautiful city of Valencia, Spain. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms, is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city and has an exceptional location just a 15 min walk from the City of Arts and Sciences. It has excellent communication with public transportation and bus lines: 7, 13, Parking included. It has a third room that can be used as an office.
