If you are looking for the ideal spot but don’t want it to be right in the heart of the city, this apartment in Camins al Grau may be just the thing you need. The neighbourhood is quite well-connected to everywhere else in the city and features plenty of neat restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and parks. It’s a suitable place to live if you don’t want to miss out on the goings-on of the city. \r\nThis apartment has a total of five bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to an enclosed balcony and there's central heating throughout the apartment!\r\n\r\nKeep in mind that the landlord will only accept bookings from tenants between the age of 18 until 30 years old.\r\n\r\nStart this amazing adventure by having the best accommodation.
