This charming one-bedroom apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting area, and a modern bathroom, designed to provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of Prague. Located in the vibrant city center, this apartment is strategically positioned for easy access to public transportation, ensuring a smooth exploration of Prague's rich culture and history. Within a short walk, you can immerse yourself in the historic Jewish Quarter, cross the iconic Charles Bridge, or reach the famous Wenceslas Square in just a few minutes. Immerse yourself in the local atmosphere by exploring nearby bars, shops, and cafeterias, all within easy reach. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. You’ll also find a dining table along with all the necessary dishes, silverware, and utensils, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay. In the sitting area, you’ll find a comfortable space to unwind with a TV for your entertainment, plus room-darkening shades in the bedroom for a peaceful night’s sleep. The bedroom also offers plenty of clothing storage with a spacious wardrobe. The modern bathroom features a relaxing shower and comes equipped with a hairdryer for your convenience. The apartment also provides a free in-unit washer, making it easy for you to take care of laundry during your stay—a particularly convenient feature for longer visits. A drying rack and iron are also available. Additionally, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are not included in the rental. However, we do offer high-quality hotel linens (made of Egyptian cotton) for an additional fee of EUR 60. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every two weeks, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of EUR 60 for each bi-weekly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance. If you would like to upgrade to hotel-quality linens and towels, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in. Also please note that the bi-weekly cleaning cancellations cannot be made once your stay begins. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra). Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires EUR 2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax. Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors.
