After paying your first month's rent to Uniplaces, we wait until 24 hours after you move-in to transfer it to the landlord. This allows you to confirm that everything is ok with your new place. In the unlikely case that your property doesn’t match the listing, report an issue within 24 hours of your move-in. We’ll freeze your payment, and immediately find a way to help you.
Certificate of Prepaid Accommodation
We can provide you with the supporting document for your Visa Application. In case you need an official document to request your Visa and prove that you have booked with Uniplaces, we can provide you with a prepaid accommodation certificate.

Confirmation
As soon as your booking is accepted, the place is yours! We’ll automatically charge:
First Month of Rent
We wait until 24 hours after you move-in to transfer it to the landlord. This allows you to confirm that everything is ok with your new place.
Service Fee
The one-time service fee you pay to Uniplaces makes it possible for us to offer you extra protection and support.

The landlord will be your main point of contact, but we’re here in case you need fast assistance from our agents.
Last but not least,
Pay the security deposit directly to your landlord, along with any other fees specified in the listing.
