I have paid 420 Euro/month, and I see they have just increased it to 480 Euro/month, which I consider clearly excessive. Both the bed and the furniture are very old. There is only one fridge for 6 people, which is clearly not enough. I also regret the fact that I booked it through Uniplaces thinking that there will be people staying for a long while in Lisbon. Surprinsingly, when one of the rooms is free, the owners also book it for some days (even one night) through other websites. Consequently, sometimes we had the impression of living in a hostel, instead of being in a place shared by people staying for some months in Lisbon.
