Déménagé en mai 2022 · 20 to 29 years · StageLocation was perfect, room fully furnished, one thing i didnt like was washing the laundry only for 30 min was allowed. Landlord was nice, but our communication without knowing me spanish and her english was funny.

Everything is in a walking distance, Park de la Ciutadella just across the street and so are the supermarkets Lidl and Mercadona. Takes approximately 20 minutes to get to the sea or the old town. Closest metro station (Arc de Triomf) just 5 minutes away. The area is really silent, which is a rare find in Barcelona, i was so happy that i can finally go to sleep and not be woken up by the street noises. The common areas are rather big and are nice to hang around, especially love the balcony that looks like a little garden! The kitchen is really big and it's nice to cook there. It has all the appliances ( pots, pans, trays etc.) so there is no need to bring any with you. A previous commentator said that there is no microwave, which is true, but i don't see the point of having one since there is a stove and warming up food isn't rocket-science. The room is really nice, has everything you might need as a student, including bedding. It is really cozy and light, sometimes i just want to stay inside and enjoy the comfy-ness of the room and the company of .the most adorable cat :) I couldn't be happier of my choice of staying here.
