The living room is enormous with enough space for the living area, dining area and studying area. The window is big and when opened it looks like a balcony. There's still a balcony where you can place a table and chairs and have a little barbecue in the weekend There are two big wardrobes, one in the closet and another one in the bedroom. The bedroom is spacious and there's also a big window that when opened becomes a balcony. The kitchen is also big and complete with an area for washing your clothes and a closed balcony for drying them. In spite of having only one bedroom, the apartment is actually really big and with six divisions, perfect for a couple. The apartment and building look very new and modern, there are three elevators and security 24/7, which is great for receiving your deliveries since the area is very safe and calm. It is located in a very residential area with a big park where families go with their children and dogs. There's also a big supermarket and gym one block away and the subway station is only 7 minutes away. There are plenty parking spaces in the streets. The only thing we didn't really like is that the water heater sometimes doesn't work properly and we can't really tell why... Once every 1~2 weeks, 10 minutes later it comes back to normal though. There's also a pizzeria one block away that we strongly recommend: Don Vito. Cheaper, better and closer than the Dominos you might also find near. I liked the place so much that Im looking forward to buying one alike in the same neighborhood.
