Déménagé en juin 2020 · 20 to 29 years · Étudiant de premier cyclePerfect location,but..No heating (big rooms are really cold and clothes take 2-3days to dry), mold on walls, wifi is bad in the evening, we had ants 2 times in a month, problem with water pressure. Room-only 1 electric outlet (not close to bed), desk had a hole, part of closet’s door fell few times.

Déménagé en juin 2018 · 20 to 29 years · Étudiant de premier cycleMy room was very nice and big but the problem is that there is no heating and i had to buy a small heater, but still the walls are thin and the window is metal so when you turn the heater off, its really cold in 2 mins. Since its 9 rooms - 9 heaters - the electricity went off from time to time when we would all put on our heaters. Besides that, i really liked the room. Location is perfect, really close to the city centre and you have markets and everything you need really close by. Value for money is good, but at the time i booked the price for this room was 250 euros per month with bills included, but the landlord put the prices higher now. Living room is fine and the kitchen is fine, a lot of space and you have everything you need, but the problem was with dishes, pots and pans and other stuff for the kitchen bcit said that the place has everything, but actually the cutlery and everything else was from people living in the apartment that had to buy it so everyone of us "new" used their or bought a few things, and then the airbnb people also used that but there weren't enough stuff for 9 and more people. Also, there is 4 bathrooms but everyone uses 1 or 2 because the water in others is not warm enough and you can't shower in 2 bathrooms or shower and wash dishes at the same time because the water pressure is really bad then and the water turns super cold. There is no heating in the bathrooms either so we had to shower with really hot water during the winter so sometimes people would have to wait for an hour or so to get the warm water again.
