Moncloa-Aravaca is a district of the west of Madrid formed by seven districts, which include those of Argüelles and Ciudad Universitaria. It is the third largest district of the capital and has ample green areas, among which is the Casa de Campo.
Finding university accommodation in Moncloa-Aravaca is very common among students from Madrid, especially among those who study in the Complutense and Polytechnic, as it is quick and easy to reach the University City from any district corner. In addition, in the southern area of the Argüelles district there is the ICADE business school and from the metro station with the same name you can reach other universities such as the Autonomous and Carlos III in about 40 minutes.
This area has a wide variety of student flats, so renting a room is very easy. Moncloa-Aravaca has Cercanías service (lines C-7 and C-10), metro and urban buses. The metro lines 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 have stops in the area and some of the most outstanding are Argüelles (3, 4 and 6), Ciudad Universitaria (6) and Plaza de España (3 and 10) . You can also use numerous bus lines, both regular, as the Circles C1 and C2 and various nights as the N18.
