With the old buildings being renovated, a younger population is moving in to Principe Real, giving a new life to the neighbourhood. It’s proximity to the city’s main party spot (without the disadvantage of the loud noise) is part of this place’s charm. Life in Príncipe Real is centred around the park, the Jardim do Príncipe Real.
