Trasferito in giugno 2019 · 20 a 29 anni · StageThe best of the place was the room, which was huge and also the wardrobe has a lot of space. The neighbourhood is a bit far from the city center but well connected by metro (25 minutes aprox.) and within the L-Zone. I missed some house heating though, particularly in my room since it was quite big it tended to get chilly, but that will depend on the person. The common areas were nice and clean (there is a woman coming weekly for cleaning the common areas and it costs 15 extra euros per tenant, but I think this fee is already included in the rent agreement), there are two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub). Regarding the kitchen it was as in the pictures, only that the stove needs from matchs to light it up and the sink drains a bit slow. There is also an area for hang up your clothes and several clothes horses, so if organise well between the tenants, do the laundry shold not be a problem. There are a dishwasher and an extra fridge container, but these were never used. I guess because of consumption so the bilss do not go over the limit specified by the rent agreement. There are supermarkets very close to the apartment and in general is a good spot since apartments in the city centre tend to be a lot more expensive. The roommates were quiet and polite during my stay.

Trasferito in giugno 2019 · 20 a 29 anni · Laurea magistraleThe room is well presented, as well as the whole apartment: there's a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and also a common room with sofas and tv. I appreciated also the WiFi, very fast and reliable. The location is great: by walk, it takes 7/8 minutes from the metro station, 5 minutes from the Continente supermarket and only 2 minutes from the closest gym. Also, the cost of living (restourants, bars, barber shops, etc.) is on average cheaper than the rest of Lisbon, so for instance it's not rare to pay only 50 cents for an espresso... And I guarantee you that this is extremely important for an Italian guy ;)

Trasferito in maggio 2018 · 20 a 29 anni · Scuola estivaThe place was amazing.. The house was very clean, well prepared to receive a tenant and is perfect for stay. Closest metro is 7-8 mins walk and bus station is 5 mins walk away. Nearest supermarket is Continente, which is hardly 5 mins walk away from the house (though there are some stairs on the way). Room is beautiful and well maintained.
