I felt very safe in this neighborhood, it's close to the North campuses of UB and UPC. I really enjoyed our shared terrace which was very calm. Flat is a bit small, also my room was, but it was enough! I recommend

I really love the location. I go to UPC so I can commute by foot but there are also other transportation options in the area if that's what you prefer. The neighborhood has everything you could possibly need and more! For me, I really like that it isn't far to go in either the city center or airport directions. As far as the room goes, it is exactly as advertised and fit my needs for my semester here. The room was nice and clean when I got here and the landlord keeps the rest of the apartment clean, which is also really nice.
