With an office or study room at the entrance, it has a bathroom and a living-dining room with a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need for day to day life. It has two bedrooms and a laundry area. In the day area there is a space that can be used as a study or office and it also has a wardrobe. The living-dining room has a sofa where you can watch your favourite films or as a prelude to mealtimes. In the night area there are two bedrooms, one of them double and with a built-in wardrobe.The flat has a complete bathroom with shower, laundry area and wifi. Gracia is considered one of the most bohemian neighbourhoods in Barcelona and Europe. It has an avant-garde and artistic atmosphere thanks to its small streets full of charm, art galleries and markets with artisan and local products. It is also home to a variety of vintage and designer shops and cosy squares full of bars and restaurants with terraces in the sun. Some of the best known are Plaza del Sol and Plaza de la Revolució, where you can always find a jovial and festive atmosphere. The neighbourhood stretches from Avenida Diagonal and Via Augusta to the beautiful Putget mountain where we find the famous Park Güell.The flat is only a 3 minute walk from the Fontana metro station and 6 minutes from the Ferrocarriles de Gracia station.
