The apartment is located in the most beautiful and trendy district of the city. Discover the city's coolest bars, restaurants and cafes. Or take a walk inthe famous Mauerpark. Relax afterwards on your balcony or the dreamlike community terrace. You live in a side street of Schönhauser Allee. It could not be better! The living area boasts with brand new kitchen. The friendly dining area invites you to a joint dinner with friends or family. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker and a large fridge-freezer. After work, you can relax on the beautiful couch and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen. The room is open and bright and the sleeping area is separated form the rest of the apartment. The bed is equipped with a high quality mattress. On this all will sleep deeply and well. Each bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe. Traffic technically you are perfectly connected. The M1 is only a few meters away from the apartment and also the train stations Schönhauser Allee and Eberswalderstraße are within walking distance. You can also do your shopping with just a three-minute walk. Everything you could wish for you can be found in this area! The Mauerpark is a popular place to spend the evening in summer. A popular running track is this even in winter. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer. In order for you to be able to move into your new home on time the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move in date. Without this payment you`ll NOT be able to move in. A confirmation of transfer is not sufficient.
