The living room also has floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the loggia. In addition, there is an approx. 2.5 m2 storage/utility room. The windows on both sides of the apartment allow easy cross-ventilation. The east-south orientation of the bedroom and living room ensures that it does not get too hot even in summer, as there is no direct sunlight in the afternoon. Access to the apartment is via an arcade, barrier-free, directly from the elevator. The apartment is fully furnished and offers plenty of storage space for clothes, office and other items. All cupboards and drawers are fully cleared. Alexanderplatz can be reached by public transport in less than 30 minutes.
