Keep in mind that in order to be accepted for this offer you will need to have the following documents ready: - Copy of ID/passport - Proof of Income - Job Contract and/or Certificate of Enrolment from the University Elegant large 2-bedroom apartment with balcony and 2 bathrooms in a top location, close to the river Spree and the beautiful central park Tiergarten. The apartment lies on the 1st floor in the courtyard of a renovated building with high ceilings and large windows (Altbau). It is also renovated and fully furnished, keeping the charm of the old place with original elements like iron door handles and wooden floor tiles. The apartment consists of a long hallway, two independent rooms (one with large balcony), two bathrooms, a storage room (with shelves) and a fully equipped kitchen with a table. The smaller bathroom is equipped with sink, WC, cabinet and shower while the bigger bathroom also has a bidet, a window and a large shower with no steps, holding a „SPA feeling". The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200), two bedside cabinets, a large wardrobe and a desk with an office chair. The living room has an extendable table with four chairs, a wardrobe, two armchairs, two coffee tables and a quality sofa which can be easily turned into a very comfortable bed. The connected balcony was newly built and faces a quiet courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, all cooking and eating utensils as well as a toaster, and kettle. There is a stove with oven, a big fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a table with two folding high-chairs. Internet is provided by a fast wireless reliable connection (Kabel Deutschland). The bus 245 stops just around the corner (bus stop Spenerstrasse) leading to Hauptbahnhof and Zoologischer Garten. The metro station „U Turmstraße“ is at 5 minutes walking distance (900 mt.) as well as the station „S-Bellevue“ a (700mt.) The apartment is also well connected with Tram M2, which brings you to Prenzlauer Berg. Also the M10 (Turmstr-Warschauerstr) route has been elongated and the stop is a few walking minutes away. Anmeldung is possible GEZ/TV tax is not included in the rent
