Modern and comfortable apartment for rent in the heart of the residential district of Novoli, in Florence. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet and refined complex and is spread over two levels, offering an ideal environment for those seeking comfort and practicality. On the first level, you will be welcomed by a large and bright living area, perfectly divided between a cozy living room, with sofa and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher and every comfort necessary for everyday life. Here you will also find the first bathroom, equipped with a relaxing bathtub. Going up to the second level, you enter the sleeping area, where you will find a spacious double bedroom with private TV, to relax in complete comfort, and a second bathroom, elegant and functional, with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort in every season, as well as a washing machine for total autonomy. The location is strategic, a few steps from the San Donato Shopping Center, the School of Law of the University of Florence and the convenient tram, which will allow you to easily reach the city center. The property also comes with a private parking space. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
