Uitgehuurd in oktober 2018 · 30 tot 39 jaar · MasterstudentThe landlady is generally a good person and very welcoming.I ended up extending my renting period until I got a place of my own.However when it came to the time for me to be refunded back my deposit, it became one excuse after another.Yet to get refunded my deposit to this day. Deposit is not supposed to be spent by the property owner ,it is supposed to be security. My advise is be careful if you choose to live here.

Uitgehuurd in oktober 2017 · 20 tot 29 jaar · BachelorstudentThe apartment where I lived was another apartment compared to the one seen in the photo because the picture refer to the lady's apartment, not to what she rents to people. it was also very dirty, the kitchen was dirty and there was an unpleasant smell. the water was leaking water when I did not know where and the bed had the staves all broken. the Sheets and the pillows had spots that did not go away either washing them.
