This 95 square meter home showcases the beauty of Portuguese architecture paired with a unique, Saharan design. With a prime location in the Lapa district, this flat has an array of options when it comes to designer shops, fresh city markets, and traditional cuisine. Once inside, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home reveals utter bliss. Through the entrance, the first door on the left leads to a detached bathroom. A clever herringbone design covers the back wall and carries into the all-glass, walk-in shower. Luminance glows through the space with the halo-lit vanity. A step further past the entryway leads to the first bedroom on the right. The day bed to the right of the space is framed by a carved room divider which separates the main bedroom space from the storage area and finally a cosy balcony. The adjacent room leads to the second bedroom. The left wall is lined with built-in storage while the queen-sized bed sits on the other side of the room with artful geometric paneling designs above. Across from the bed is a dedicated workstation. Down the main hallway, the next door on the left leads to the second bathroom. Here, similar themes of herringbone patterns and halo lighting remain, but further emphasise the spa-like ambiance with a full shower-tub combination. Across the hall, the space transforms into an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Dramatic black and white geometrics make the living area feel ethereal. Four contemporary chairs sit around the handcrafted dining table with an oversized graphic canvas hanging on the wall. The breakfast bar ties together the space between the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen boasts modernity and utility with state-of-the-art appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils. The apartment concludes with a sunbaked terrace where guests are invited to enjoy the greenery-laden sitting area or the two-person outdoor dining set. Pet fee is 250 EUR.
