Uitgehuurd in januari 2018 · 20 tot 29 jaar · BachelorstudentThe location of the building is perfect - it is quiet, safe and clean, there are few food stores, cafeterias, restaurants fruits and vegetables markets nearby as well as gyms, yoga places, dance school and banks. Metro is only 10 minutes away, and the city centre is about 25 minutes by foot (Porto is not a big city). The flat is beautiful, decorated with taste, with nice and good quality objects, some of them vintage. Living room is spacious and bright, with sofa and big table perfect for meals and for working. Kitchen is nice and big enough, with dishwasher (big advantage). Bathrooms are also nice. The only disadvantage is the cold in the wintertime (even with the heaters on) but it is typical for all flats in Porto (there is no central heating, what is hard to imagine for all the people coming from the colder countries, so you have to be prepare for that). And because the room I was living in has a window from the west, there is not enough sunlight to warm it up in winter. But still, I highly recommend the place!
