El Guinardó is different than most of Barcelona’s neighbourhoods as it is a mountain side suburb, as result this is a residential area with few tourists. Surrounded by mountains, this hilltop neighbourhood has stunning views. The area is calm and quiet and full of steep and curvy streets and green areas, like the Parc del Laberint d’Horta which consists of a number of gardens that hold a museum. The most known attraction here is the maze in the middle. Here you will find many stores and markets, with local products and cafes and restaurants where you can taste the local flavours.
