CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY: -For reservations canceled more than 60 days before check-in, the tenant will receive the full first month's rent in advance. -For reservations canceled between 31 and 59 days prior to check-in, the property receives 50 percent of the first month's advance rent from the tenant. -For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to check-in, the property receives 100 percent of the first month's advance rent from the tenant. -For reservations canceled on the same day of the check-in date up to 48 hours after check-in, the property receives 100 percent of the first month's advance rent from the tenant and any refund of the security deposit will be at the owner's discretion. *Once the lease period has begun, it is possible to withdraw from the lease with 90 days notice without incurring penalties; otherwise, the entire security deposit will be withheld.
