Welcome to our cosy flat! If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Madrid, our flat is perfect for you. Located in the Salamanca neighbourhood, you will be surrounded by a lively area with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops, as well as green areas. The nearby metro station of Parque de las Avenidas will allow you to reach the centre of Madrid and enjoy all that the city has to offer from the comfort of our flat! - Excellent location, close to the city center and well connected by public transport. - There is a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, and services in the surrounding area. The flat offers a functional space that includes a fully equipped kitchen next to the living and dining room, where a double sofa bed provides additional sleeping capacity. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer and ceramic hob for cooking delicious meals. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and hangers for clothes storage, as well as two chairs for extra comfort. The bathroom has a shower. In addition, amenities such as Wi-Fi, coffee maker, bed linen and towels are included for a carefree stay. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. For self check-in we have the option to pick up the keys at a nearby establishment located 10 minutes away. The check-in timetable is until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to receive you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35€ at the time of key handover. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the booking. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. There are bins on each floor of the building. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the booking has been confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents for all guests. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the booking.
