WHERE IS SANT ANTONI?

Sant Antoni is a central Barcelona neighbourhood that forms a triangle between El Raval, Paralel and Gran Vía de las Cortes Catalanes. It is mainly a residential area where this year will be inaugurated an emblematic market of supplies that is being renewed. The strategic location next to the main building of the University of Barcelona makes it an area highly demanded to live by the young students.

TRANSPORT

Good public transport connections with the rest of the city are another reason why many students rent a room or a student apartment in Sant Antoni. Metro lines 1, 2 and 3 make it possible to quickly get to other areas of Barcelona. The main stops in the neighbourhood are Universitat (lines 1 and 2), Sant Antoni (L2) and Poble Sec (L3).

CLOSEBY UNIVERSITIES 

Living in Sant Antoni is also very convenient if you study at other universities in Barcelona. For example, if you study at ESADE or the Polytechnic University, you can arrive in just 17 minutes by metro from the Poble Sec stop. And if you study at the Pompeu Fabra you will not even have to use public transport, since you can reach Sant Antoni Walk in about 20 minutes.
