Saiu em setembro 2018 · 30 a 39 anos · ProfissionalI spent 6 months in this apartment, and here is my opinion: The positive points (+): - Close to everything - A few minutes from the Martim Moniz metro station - Well-organized and clean apartment The negative points (-): - No air conditioning - Very poor insulation (we clearly hear the neighbours talking, cooking...) - Poor internet connection - Noisy and poorly frequented by drug dealers every day - Low quality equipment (Ikea furniture...) - Tiny shower cubicle and no light - Fridge too small - No office - Slow cooking plate to be heated In short, this apartment is good for a week or two but no more. The most disturbing thing is the noise of the street and the fights every week, followed by police raids...
