La Latina is the tapas neighborhood par excellence, with narrow streets and charming squares such as the Plaza de la Ceballa, the Alamillo square or the Plaza de la Paja. It is located in the center of Madrid, although its limits are diffuse, since it is not a neighborhood itself, but an area of the center district. Visit the market of the Barley, relax in the garden of the Vistillas and enjoy the best tapas in Cava Alta and Cava Baja, two parallel streets full of bars and inns. And, of course, go to the famous trail on Sundays.
