The payment of the rent, deposit, admin fee and cleaning fee (optional service) must be transferred before the move-in date, as well as signing the tenancy agreement. After signing the contract, in case of cancellation, the amount corresponding to 2 rents will be withheld. Contract finishes at 31st January 2024. The electricity is charged separated. Cleaning (R$180 weekly or R$60 one-time), laundry (R$12.50 to wash, R$12.50 to dry one-time) and parking are optional services. You move only with your personal items, as the room comes complete with a larger widow's bed, closet, desk, air conditioning and minibar. Included in the package: Rent, condominium, water, Wi-fi internet complimentary and maintenance. Not included: Electricity bill, laundry and cleaning. Shared areas and facilities: Large study room, meeting room, outdoor volleyball court, equipped kitchen, laundry, lounge, lobby, pool table, high-speed internet, air conditioning in all rooms, electronic locks, 24-hour staff, cleaning. * Cleaning fee is R$150.
