Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move-ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 3 months prior to them moving out. Contract can always be terminated on the 15th or end of the month, except December where move out is only possible at the end of the month. Please note that 2 business days are needed to confirm the booking, sign the contract and transfer advanced payments. The pictures are representative only. Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The center piece of this room is its stylish kitchen island where you can hang out, cook together or invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates.
