Choose one of our tailor-made apartments and have fun in a variety of our vibrant community spaces. The residence is located south of the old town and about 15 minutes’ walk from Jakominiplatz. All our apartments are equipped with a private bathroom and a kitchenette including an oven, refrigerator and ceramic hob. In addition, each apartment is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, closet and a comfortable armchair. The following places of interest are nearby: Tram stop Josefkirche directly in front of the front door; Technical University about 15 minutes’ walk; Augarten about 7 minutes’ walk; University of Graz approx. 8 minutes by bike.
