Please note once your booking is paid on Uniplaces, you need to transfer the deposit and admin fee to the landlord in the first 24h, by registering on their website. Once you're booking is accepted, you will also need to provide the landlord with a previous notice of 3 months before the contract termination (Denmark and Sweden locations). In case the tenant needs to leave before, the student needs to find a replace to the room otherwise fees will be applied. This student housing is the perfect place to call home while you study.
