It also features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and amenities, and 2 complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub with a shower, and the second one with an Italian-style shower. NOTE: The final cleaning is not included: 95 EUR. THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: - 1 month of stay: 50 of the month - Stay from 2 to 4 months: 1 month - 5 months of stay: 2 months The charges, water, electricity, gas, wifi... ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price, there's a 300 euros/month payable by the tenant to cover those charges.
