This landlord does not accept tenants younger than 21 years old. After acceptance you will be asked to sign the rental contract directly with the accommodation provider and to pay the deposit before the move in. Keep in mind that in order to be accepted for this offer you will need to have the following documents ready: - Copy of ID/passport - Proof of Income - Job Contract and/or Certificate of Enrolment from the University The apartment consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and window, bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the balcony. The living room also has floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the loggia. In addition, there is an approx. 2.5 m2 storage/utility room. The windows on both sides of the apartment allow easy cross-ventilation. The east-south orientation of the bedroom and living room ensures that it does not get too hot even in summer, as there is no direct sunlight in the afternoon. Access to the apartment is via an arcade, barrier-free, directly from the elevator. The apartment is fully furnished and offers plenty of storage space for clothes, office and other items. All cupboards and drawers are fully cleared. The apartment is equipped with all necessary household appliances: Stove, oven, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment, large combi fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, fan, floor lamps for light ambience, hair dryer, 2 Smart TVs (in bedroom and living room). etc. No pets or smoking allowed. Location: Walking distance to S-Ringbahn 41/42, Tram 5,6, 8,10. Volkspark Friedrichshain is approx. 12 minutes walk away. Very good shopping infrastructure (Frische Paradies, Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, DM, Rossmann...). Fitness studios within walking distance: FitX and John Reed. Alexanderplatz can be reached by public transport in less than 30 minutes. Underground parking space can be rented optionally (100 euros extra), also in the building and directly accessible by elevator.
