Se un inquilino ospita qualcuno senza informare la proprietaria pagherà una penale pari a una mensilità. - Il proprietario vuole mantenere la casa pulita e visiterà la casa una volta ogni 10 giorni. I danni causati e i costi di riparazione degli elettrodomestici saranno a carico degli inquilini. Se un inquilino non rispetta la pulizia massima, il contratto sarà considerato concluso dopo la perdita del deposito. Spese condominiali, pattume e riscaldamento ammontano a 360 euro forfettarie mensili da dividere fra gli inquilini presenti. I costi dell'elettricità e dell'acqua sono calcolati in base ai consumi e da condividere con gli altri inquilini dell'appartamento. Assolutamente importante fare un video dettagliato che servirà come inventario. In caso di partenza anticipata, prima della conclusione del contratto, il deposito cauzionale non verrà restituito. Si prega di notare che a Bologna c’è l’obbligo di tenere il riscaldamento nelle abitazioni private non superiore ai 19 gradi, suggeriamo quindi a tutti gli inquilini lenzuola e coperte in pile e di indossare abbigliamenti consoni a temperature invernali anche dentro casa. È assolutamente proibito portare nell'appartamento biciclette o monopattini.
