Requested documents: 1-Passport, identity card for European citizens, residence permits are not accepted as identity documents, they must always be accompanied by a passport or ID card. 2- Tourist visa in possession, can be delivered too upon arrival together with the entry stamp to the country. 3- Legal address of residence in the country of origin. 4- Italian Tax Code ( codice fiscale) we don't accept just the number, should be document or card. 5- Registration accepted by the school, employment contracts, business trips, courses, internships, treatments, medical visits or hospitalisations, other things to be evaluated. *For guests without a Tax Italian Code, don't worry, you have seven (7) days after check-in to request it from the Italian Revenue Agency and send it to us, the tax code is mandatory for contract registration, if 30 days after arrival you have not sent the tax code, there will be a penalty of 50 euros for each week of delay after that. *Documents other than those indicated above will not be taken into consideration and the reservation will be automatically cancelled. To know: It is not possible to send lease contracts if all due fees have not been paid beforehand. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY: -For reservations canceled more than 60 days before check-in, the tenant will receive the full first month's rent in advance. -For reservations canceled between 31 and 59 days prior to check-in, the property receives 50 percent of the first month's advance rent from the tenant. -For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to check-in, the property receives 100 percent of the first month's advance rent from the tenant. -For reservations canceled on the same day of the check-in date up to 48 hours after check-in, the property receives 100 percent of the first month's advance rent from the tenant and any refund of the security deposit will be at the owner's discretion. *Once the lease period has begun, it is possible to withdraw from the lease with 90 days notice without incurring penalties; otherwise, the entire security deposit will be withheld. If the lease is terminated before the natural expiry date as per booking, even with regular notice, the customer must compensate the property, where present, for the commissions paid to the website on the entire rent. Upon check-out, if no damage is found to the apartment and all costs due have been paid, the security deposit will be returned within 14 days once the last bills for actual consumption have been received to proceed with the adjustments.
