At check-in, the rental contract is signed and a deposit equal to two months’ rent is collected. Accommodation is rented only to students and contracts are available only for fixed rental periods (February–July, August–January or August–July). All utility payments, cleaning, maintenance and repairs are managed by the landlord. Before moving out, a check-out date is agreed, keys are returned and the deposit is refunded after inspection. This 12 m² room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, bedside table, clothes hangers, duvet, pillows, two sets of sheets and two towels. The flat has three bedrooms in total and includes a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stoves, grill microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and full tableware. The shared bathroom comes with a shower, sink and toilet. Cleaning takes place twice a month, including sheet changes. The flat is located in the 7th district, just steps from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, public transport and close to all main universities.
