Description to be added BEFORE the original one (All countries except Italy + Netherlands, which the termination is 3 months Italy/NL 2 months and only possible check-out in the end of the month): Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 2 months prior to them moving out. Contract in Germany can always be terminated to the 15th or end of the month. Except December where move out is only possible at the end of the month. Our private apartments come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life, such as a bed with a premium mattress with bedsheets, pillows, and duvets, a large wardrobe, table, and chair for work with a lamp. Each flat as a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
