This home, just renovated, has 4 bedrooms, one of which an ensuite, with a private bathroom, a common bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an amazing outdoor area. It is located in the city centre, near everything you need to be comfortable while in Lisbon. Within walking distance from the universities campus of Nova and Católica, with two underground lines at your door, 5 minutes walking to El Corte Inglês department store, cycle lanes, bike sharing and multiple public parks. The home was renovated in a modern, clean style, with attention to details, like smart lighting, USB plugs on your desk and high speed fyber internet in every bedroom. The kitchen is very complete, allowing you to cook in style, if that is your desire and in the multiple Lisbon sunny days and hot nights, you can even invite your new friends out to the cosy patio.

The place is very good and the landlord very kind and helpful! Near the house there are a shopping mall, 2 parks (one has ducks and a lake 🦆) and a metro station (Blue/Red line 🚇). Totally worth it!💯

Landlord is a great man, he is always there if you need him. He is fair and understanding man. Rooms and common areas are great, cleaning ladies are coming every Monday and everything is always clean. 5/5!!

The place is tidy, kitchen is great. It is only 2min from metro station which is a life saver for students. The landlord is great and helpful if any potential problems arise. All in all had a great erasmus experience here!
