The room is quite big and everything is in good condition.There was also a cleaning lady once a week for the common areas. Even thought the house is a bit faraway from the subway station (20-30 minutes walking), there are a lot of buses that you can get to access city center and from there, anywhere in Lisbon. The neighborhood is very nice and there are a lot of local stores around (including Amoreiras Shopping Center, 5-10 minutes walking distance). As for the common areas, you'll usually be sharing them with others (as described, there are 4 other rooms in the house). If you're a social kind of guy, this will be no problem. If you're like me, it will feel a bit too crowded. I had no problems with the other tenants, everyone was nice.
