The place is super cozy and calm. There is no street noises, helpful to study in peace. It is quite comfortable and enjoyable for one person, with lots of space for one. The location is great: everything is super close to the apartment (metro, supermarket, pharmacy).

The apartment is cosy and there is everything you need. You have a nice view into the garden and it is quiet because in the back of the building. The área is absolutely great with Rato and Estrela Park very close. We liked the flat and felt home there.
