Near this house, in the Santa Apolónia neighborhood, you will find several restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, among other facilities. Nearby you will have the Intendente metro station and several bus stops, to take you to any part of this incredible city, including the Autonomous University of Lisbon. Wonderful stay. The apartment is simply fantastic! The bedroom incredibly comfortable, and the wi-fi really fast. The remote-controlled air conditioning an excellent addition, very rare to find it in Lisbon. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new household appliances. The Landlord is amazing!

Prefect apartment, great location. Bedroom with plenty of closet. Fast internet, large TV with access to news and movies. Remote control Air condition. Kitchen has everything including dishware, microwave, Nespresso etc.Washing Machin Dryer. Best for D7 visa. Paulo is an exceptional landlord.

The house's aesthetics is awesome: a cozy well-illuminated hut in the woods style. Minutes-walking distance from small markets, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, many buses lines and subway station. The landlord is very polite, always answered fast and solved problems. Definitely recommend.
