搬出时间 十二月 2017 · 20 到 29 岁 · 本科生First of all, the location is amazing. It is in the city centre and there is everything you need nearby: shops, metro stations, library, cafés, bars and clubs. The place was very nice. The only thing we really missed was a table - that was a bit annoying because there was no place to eat properly or do some studying. But it shows on photographs there is not a table, so that was just our problem we didn't realize. Unfortunately, we had some problems while living there and some of them need to be fixed: the colour on walls was peeling off, the toilet used to get clogged and there was a little hole in a roof so sometimes when there was heavy rain, it got to the apartment. But I believe the landlady just waited for us to move out to fix the hole in a roof and she was very fair as we didn't have to pay electricity for one month due to the problem. I also have to mention two annoying things - the neighbours and pigeons. Across the courtyard there is a Portuguese family and they are extremely loud and annoying. They were fighting constantly and screaming at each other. They also have a giant dog, which they let out only twice a day and it pees before the entrance. There are also many pigeons in the courtyard and they make a lot of mess. But they are everywhere in Lisbon... All in all, I think the studio was fine for one semester.
