Private bathroom with marble walls, in a 5-bedroom villa located in the charming town of Parede, just 600 meters from the beach in the Municipality of Cascais. This privileged location is only 10 minutes from Cascais and 30 minutes from Lisbon's city centre and airport. The house is a 2-minute walk from excellent restaurants, shops, and public transportation 5 minutes from the train station, and is close to Nova SBE University. The tenant has access to a garden, indoor swimming pool, gym, and a lovely reclaimed attic space that can be used as a study.

Absolutely in love with the place, made my exchange semester 10 times better. The landlord is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about the tenants. The location is perfect: close to shops, a stunning beach, and plenty of great restaurants with a relaxed vibe. Highly recommend!
