We welcome students and young professionals aged between 17 and 30 years old. The interiors feature modern, minimalist IKEA furniture, including a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk with a chair. The bed is generously sized at 120x190 cm. Enjoy fast MEO internet with a choice of 500 Mbps or 1 Gbps speed, ensuring you stay connected with ease. A minimum stay commitment of 6 months is required with a temporary accommodation contract. Shorter stays may be considered upon request. A security deposit of 2 months' rent is required, refundable upon key return.
