She made me feel at home and took care of everyone like her children also helped a lot with my Spanish. The room is very comfortable, bright and clean with fresh air. I would go here and stay again given a chance.

In terms of proximity, this house is in a well dense area of transports (Intercambiador de Aluche) including bus, Metro and Cercanias (suburban train), that can put you in the centre of Madrid in 15 minutes. Relating to groceries, I used a fantastic traditional marker that is located alongside the house, that has every type of traditional Spanish food and fresh fish, meat and vegetables. If you are in hurry you can also go to DIA or Carrefour, which are located within a 5 minutes ratio walking. In the street of the house you can also find a huge amount of food delivery stores and other services. The house is absolutely cosy and incredible clean, so in that department you can surely be relaxed, because I doubt that you can find anything like that. If you are a student, I assure you that the only noise that you will listen during your stay will be the birds in the fantastic garden in front of the house, that it is located inside the closed condominium. As a matter in fact, being a closed condominium, you are totally safe and the area surrounding is only accessible with a card that only the people who live there have. Also, you have video cameras and a doorman ensuring that everything is fine, even though the house is located in a pacific neighbourhood. If you are into sports or running, you have a huge park in a 5 minutes walking range where you can practise exercise or stretch your legs after a session of study. During the weekends its perfect for a sidewalk. The bedroom was very comfortable and useful, the kitchen had everything that you needed and every kind of appliances, the bathroom was fine, the living room was incredible welcoming, and my favourite place was the balcony where you can see the sun going down or relax a bit reading. The landlord is an incredible person that I have loved to know. If you want to improve your Spanish or simply talk about life experiences, I can ensure you that you will have plenty of extraordinary and rewarding talks. I seriously improved my Spanish while I were there. Honestly, you will not find anything better than this for this price or for any price, manly because what I’ve lived in these 5 months was an absolutely privilege. I am honoured for being considered a member of the family and I can only thank for all. Don’t think more, this is it if you are a person that wants to discover Madrid, study and have an extraordinary experience.
