The apartment is composed of one bedroom full of light, with four beds, respectively two single beds and one bunk bed. In the kitchen/living room there is a comfy sofa which turns into a double bed if required. A Deposit Fee for stays more than 1 month and upto 2 month is 2 months of Rent. B Deposit Fee for stays: longer than 2 month is 2.5 months of Rent. Contract Issuance fee of 325 Euro. Exit/Deregristraion Fee of 225 Euro. No Dues Settlement for Security Fee is done after 6-8 weeks of Exit/Cancellation. Check in Time is between 6- 8 pm , exception Max untill 10 pm on approved request. All payments needs to be completed atleast 1 day before the checkin day, No refunds for No Shows/Cancellations or short stays

The area around the apartment is calm and nice, and there are useful supermarkets close to the apartment, and fortunately, I had nice roommates. However, the neighborhood living under us is too sensitive. They often claim us about some tiny things as like noise, despite we always be careful.
