Booking conditions: Refined one-bedroom apartment of around 75sqm recently renovated using high-quality materials. Located on the second floor of a brand new building with concierge service and lift. The flat is fully air-conditioned with parquet floors and high ceilings. The entrance leads to the large and bright living area, there is a study corner and relaxation area with double sofa bed and flat-screen TV, the kitchen is separate and equipped with electric induction hobs. The living area overlooks a pleasant terrace equipped with tables and chairs. The sleeping area has a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, large master bathroom with shower, and guest bathroom. The flat is characterized by the elegance of the colours and furnishings, the flat offers a precious silence and the proximity to the Inganni stop of the M1 red line metro which takes you to the Duomo, SanBabila and Cadorna in just over 10 minutes Please note: The deposit is equal to 2 months' rent for stays longer than 6 months. Payments, after the first through Uniplaces, must be made by bank transfer or credit card. Tourist visa not accepted to sign the contract. A valid passport and tax code are required to register the contract. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of up to 18 months, so in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of the lease, an additional cost of 100 euros and a notice of 30 to 60 days is required, depending on the duration of the lease. Price of final cleaning included according to the conditions of the optional ng service: 20 euros per hour. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Late night check-ins and public holidays are subject to an additional cost. This host speaks Italian, English and French.
