After the first payment through Uniplaces, the other payments must be made by bank transfer or credit card. Utilities are included up to 80 euros per month. Any additional costs will be charged separately. Tourist visa is not accepted to sign the contract. A valid passport and tax code are required to register the contract. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30 euros. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of up to 18 months, so in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of the lease, an additional cost of 100 euros and a notice of 30 to 60 days is required, depending on the duration of the lease.
